Bake Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• thyme
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp vegetable oil
• 1 tsp paprika
• oil spray

Steps

• Spray chicken with oil spray
• Add dry seasoning to chicken and mix
• Set oven to 425f and insert chicken in oven
• Flip chicken at 30 minute mark and leave to cook for another 30 minutes
• Remove from oven and allow to cool
• Serve with a carb source and vegetables
