Ingredients
- tomato sauce
- tortilla or pita bread
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- shredded chicken or other meat topping
- bell peppers or option veg topping
Steps
- Add 2 tbsp of tomato sauce to pita bread or tortilla
- Add 100g of shredded chicken or meat topping
- Add 50 grams of veg topping
- Add 60 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese
- Set oven to 250F for 10 min
- Remove and allow to cool
